Meet the Chef
Rachel Carr is a plant based chef with over 15 years of experience heading vegan restaurants on both coasts. She is knowledgeable in many different types of healthy cuisine including vegan vegetarian, macrobiotic, raw vegan, gluten-free, and whole food plant based.
She runs a popular food blog called Plant Craft at www.rachelcarr.com, and also has a Youtube channel by the same name! Rachel also published a cookbook of healthy raw vegan recipes in 2019 called Modern Raw.
Rachel is originally a St.Louis native and has returned to her hometown recently! She attended Webster University and currently resides in the Dogtown neighborhood. She is excited to be promoting plant based foods in her hometown!
